Complete inspection of incoming materials per engineering drawings, specifications, and Quality Inspection Plans. Complete and review First Article Inspections (FAI). Work closely with other teams such as Assembly, Fabrication, Warehouse and Engineering. Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans. Perform manufacturing in-process and final inspections and testing per inspection plans as required. Support new product development activities as needed. Proposing improvements to the production process Any other duty as assigned. Requirements The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Must be motivated and work with minimal supervision in a start-up fast-paced environment. Computer skills include Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and other common programs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Troubleshooting skills Keen attention to detail Computer and math skills Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers. In-depth understanding of company standards Teamwork and collaboration
