PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and micro-components. Utilize magnification tools, calipers, micrometers, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems. Inspect solder joints, wire harnesses, and component placements for compliance (IPC standards). Isolate non-conforming parts and author detailed Quality Discrepancy Reports (QDRs). Work closely with manufacturing engineers to resolve quality bottlenecks.
