PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Dimensional & Visual Inspection:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on tight-tolerance components using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM) and GD&T/blueprint specs. AS9100 &
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods adhere to aerospace standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, and
MIL-SPEC
).
FAIRs & Documentation:
Generate First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102), process Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and maintain full material traceability logs.
Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis:
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), quarantine failing parts, and lead Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) and Material Review Board (MRB) investigations.
Calibration & Auditing:
Manage the calibration schedules for shop floor tools/gauges and conduct internal quality audits to verify SOP compliance.
