job summary: Looking for an Engineering Technician in Corning, NY. Join Our Client, a world-leading materials science innovator! We need detail-oriented pros skilled in QC methods, measurement tools, and technical docs to help push the boundaries of what's possible.
Identify, report, and document any non-conformances while maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to guarantee precise and reliable measurements.
Champion departmental safety initiatives by applying industrial safety standards and proactively identifying health hazards.

Corning, New York job type: Contract salary: $20.00 - 22.40 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials (including refractory and sheet metal) and monitor production processes to ensure strict compliance with quality specifications.Identify, report, and document any non-conformances while maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records.
