Position Overview:

The Quality Coordinator will work directly with the VP of Supply Chain & Compliance to coordinate quality, compliance, testing, inspections, and documentation for products sourced and manufactured domestically and internationally. This is a hands-on role with ownership of quality issues from identification through resolution. The position will work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Production, suppliers, factories, and third-party testing and inspection companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate product compliance and documentation, including CPSC/CPSIA and FDA requirements for food, drugs, devices, and cosmetics. Coordinate HTS classifications, product testing, thirdparty testing, and domestic and international inspections. Conduct compliance and quality audits and coordinate related training. Maintain accurate quality, compliance, testing, and inspection records. Manage quality issues, coordinate resolutions with suppliers and internal teams, and track issues through completion. Support CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate with suppliers, factories, testing laboratories, and internal departments to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved. Assist with developing and improving quality processes, procedures, and documentation. Escalate significant issues to the VP of Supply Chain & Compliance.

Qualifications:

Detailoriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, documentation, and followthrough skills. Selfmotivated and able to work independently. Strong problemsolving skills and good judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external suppliers. Quality, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing, or importing experience is a plus, but not required.

Training & Growth:

No direct quality or compliance experience is required. We will train the right person on our products, processes, regulatory requirements, testing, inspections, and systems.
