Duties Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspection. Review customer blueprint/contract documents by analyzing specifications, matching internal drawings/work order instructions, and identifying discrepancies. Prepare First Article and Final Inspection reports. Read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions. Work closely with the shop floor to complete inspections in a timely manner and correct any non-conformances. Requirements Must be able to inspect using measuring tools, including but not limited to micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and optical comparators. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of AS9100. Knowledge of CMM programming would be a plus, but not required.
