Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our clients manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Summary/Objective:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. Quality control inspectors examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Essential Functions:
Read blueprints and specifications. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. Measure products with calipers, gauges, CMM or micrometers, and all other measuring equipment Accept or reject finished items. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products. Report inspection and test data. Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner. Perform calibration of gauges and maintains calibration records. Learn CMM and other measuring equipment programming.
Requirements:
Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems. Experience with calipers, gauges, CMM and micrometers. Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, AS9100 etc.) Working knowledge of MS Office. #IND123

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
