In this vital role, you will ensure products meet rigorous quality standards by performing precise inspections, analyzing data, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Duties Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings accurately to ensure production aligns with design intent. Perform quality audits throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize calibration procedures for measuring instruments and ensure all tools meet calibration standards for precision measurement in machining. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly, providing feedback on quality standards in production and regulatory compliance requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and implementing best practices aligned with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles. Skills Proficiency with Calypso software or similar quality management systems for data collection and analysis. Strong understanding ofISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA
regulations, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments. Mechanical knowledge including interpretation of mechanical blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), height gauges, and precision measurement tools. Experience with vision inspection systems, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other measuring instruments used in quality control. Ability to perform quality audits effectively while maintaining attention to detail and analytical skills for root cause analysis. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality assurance experience within manufacturing environments, and understanding of quality systems such as QA/QC protocols. Basic math skills for measurement calculations and data analysis; strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly. Join us in maintaining the highest standards of quality!
