Job Description

Quality Control Technician Position Summary We are looking for two Quality Control Technicians. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for monitoring daily operations to ensure products, processes, and work areas meet established quality standards and company requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality inspections and checks throughout daily operations. Monitor processes and products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or potential quality issues. Enforce established quality, safety, and operational rules in a professional and consistent manner. Complete required daily paperwork, and quality documentation accurately and on time. Report quality concerns, deviations, or violations to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Perform other quality-control duties as assigned. Job Requirements Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay observant throughout the workday. Ability to recognize problems or deviations from established standards. Comfortable enforcing company rules, policies, and quality standards. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently. Attention to paperwork and documentation. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous quality control, manufacturing, production, or inspection experience is a plus. Laboratory work is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, observant, and willing to speak up when standards are not being met. This person should take pride in accurate work, consistent documentation, and helping the team maintain high-quality standards every day.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
