Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician / Inspector to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting Quality Control through inspections, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong inspection experience who takes pride in accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and document findings Conduct precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and thread gauges Generate and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation Support First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Create and update inspection plans and controlled documents Author Certificates of Conformance (CofC) for shipments Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Familiarity with
AS9100 / AS9102
standards preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
