CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures. We are seeking a talented Quality Control Inspector to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky). Essential Job Functions Meets or exceeds all criteria for Quality Control Inspector I Perform dimensional/visual inspections on components and final assemblies using monitoring and measuring equipment (M&ME) according to production schedule Must comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements and supports business goals and objectives Work with others in a teamwork atmosphere Maintains work-station cleanliness on daily basis Experienced reading and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions Can utilize basic shop math skills to aid with tolerancing and obtaining measurements of product Basic knowledge of GD&T tolerancing Basic understanding of utilizing an ERP system Experience with generating inspection reports and FAI reports Ability to Multi-task Basic Understanding in issuing Nonconforming Reports Capable of working with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 yrs. experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection (Aerospace Industry with emphasis on composite manufacturing a plus) Ability to interact with people on the floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups Good analytical, writing and communication skills Must be a US Citizen Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
