Develop guides, checklists, and resources to improve consistency and reduce errors.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Recommend enhancements to documentation workflows, tools, and processes.

PSGs teams support the reliability of transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and other high-voltage assets across the country. As a QA/QC Technician, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all field testing documentation. Your work directly supports project closeouts, customer satisfaction, and the integrity of essential power systems. Key Responsibilities Manage intake, organization, review, and secure archiving of test documentation (e.g., power factor, TTR, winding resistance, VLF Tan Delta, Partial Discharge, contact resistance).Verify accuracy, completeness, and technical validity of test data, calculations, and narratives.Identify discrepancies or non-conformances and coordinate corrections with field teams.

ANSI/NETA
ATS/MTS, IEEE, and customer requirements.Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, project managers, and customers to resolve documentation issues.
