Quality Control Inspector Lyneer Staffing Solutions - 3.3 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Bilingual Quality Inspector near Columbus, Ohio . This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, food safety, and maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help support quality assurance efforts by monitoring product compliance, completing inspections, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the shift. Candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across teams will be well suited for this position.
Day-to-Day:
Ensure compliance with food safety requirements at all times Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production process Adhere to all workplace safety rules, policies, and procedures Follow departmental rules and regulations involving telephones, two-way radios, quality equipment, and QC lab security Retrieve and review the Product Specification Sheet for each production run Set up operator-driven quality resources at each line, including control charts, matching parts, and specification sheets Obtain disposition for held or nonconforming product Perform cold storage checks, product retention reviews, and other functional testing as required Maintain thorough and consistent communication with Quality Control Inspectors on other shifts Attend shift overlap meetings to support effective handoff and workflow continuity Inspect, approve, and document first-piece parts during startup after changeovers Complete and maintain accurate QA paperwork Document in-process inspections, including box checks and related quality recordsQualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required Bilingual skills are a plus, with Spanish strongly preferred Previous quality inspection or related experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Reasonable physical ability to carry out job duties safely and effectivelyPay Rate:
$20.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday to Friday 10:00 pm - 6:30 amPay:
