What You'll Do Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards Inspect products for defects, damage, proper dimensions, labeling, and packaging Identify and document non-conforming products and quality concerns Complete quality reports and maintain accurate production records Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and management regarding quality issues Assist with investigations into product defects and verify corrective actions Prepare materials for production roll changes as needed Package and label rejected products according to company procedures Conduct routine quality audits and inspections throughout the shift Assist with repack projects and inventory of rejected products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Skills and Experience What We're Looking For ✅ 1+ years of manufacturing or quality control experience preferred ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality ✅ Ability to identify defects and make objective quality decisions ✅ Basic math and measurement skills ✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Ability to read and complete production and quality documentation ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions Reliable attendance and punctuality required Benefits Why Work with Ōnin Staffing?
