Job Description

About us V&P Hydraulic Products is a small business in Delaware, OH. We are professional, agile and customer-centric.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure product compliance with specifications
  • Analyze inspection data and document findings accurately
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections to identify defects or deviations from standards
  • Fabricate test samples or prototypes for evaluation purposes
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as needed
Experience:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control role
  • Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and procedures
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data and identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
