Quality Inspector

Commercial Fluid Power, a subsidiary of the National Tube Supply Company, specializing in supplying machining services to the fluid power industry is in search of a Quality Inspector reporting to our Dover, OH location. These services include boring, honing, welding and machining. Job duties include but not limited to: Inspection of all products, in-process and final result Create inspection reports from blue prints Document inspections Provide formal inspection reports and certificates of compliance as required by customers Check, calibrate & certify gauges Benchwork as needed (i.e. deburring, buffing, hand tapping, hand honing, assembly) Use overhead crane to move parts for inspection Use of bore gauges, micrometers, thread gauges, gauge blocks, calipers, profilometers, and dial indicators Extended periods of time standing and walking on concrete floors Successful candidates: General knowledge and/or experience with machining or manufacturing Experience with precision measurement devices Experience with blueprint reading and other technical drawings Detail oriented Strong communication skills (written and verbal) We offer competitive wages and a full benefits package including 401k with company match
