Compensation Starting Pay:
$18.00
  • 19.00 per hour Pay is negotiable based on experience (DOE). Schedule Monday
  • Thursday:
    6:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Overtime may be available on Fridays.
Job Summary Join our team in Elyria, OH, as a dedicated and detail-oriented technician. In this role, you will perform comprehensive inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to quality standards. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, attentive, and capable of maintaining focus throughout the workday. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts within an assigned manufacturing cell. Utilize and accurately read various inspection equipment, including: Inspection gauges Drop indicators Micrometers Other precision measuring tools as necessary Identify and report non-conforming parts. Ensure accuracy and consistency during inspections. Stay at the designated workstation throughout the shift to support production. Comply with all quality, safety, and company procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in using and interpreting precision inspection tools and measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks. Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance. Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting inspections. Capability to perform repetitive hand movements using inspection equipment. Good visual acuity and attention to fine detail.
