About Us Lance Roofing & Siding is a family-owned roofing, siding, gutter, and window/door company serving the Miami Valley and surrounding areas. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Material Runner to join our team and help keep our jobsites and shop running smoothly. About the Role As a Material Runner, you'll be the vital link between our shop and our crews in the field. You'll coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to make sure our technicians have the materials they need, when they need them, and you'll help keep our shop organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate daily with the Operations Manager on material pickup and delivery schedules Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to job sites for technicians Return excess or unused materials to the shop or suppliers Help load and unload materials safely Assist with general clean-up and organization around the shop Communicate proactively about delays, shortages, or delivery issues Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Reliable and punctual Ability to lift and carry construction materials Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew Prior warehouse, construction, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Hands-on experience in the roofing and construction industry A supportive, family-oriented company culture How to Apply Interested candidates should apply directly through this posting.
