Job Description

Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, in‑process parts, and finished products for defects. Interpret basic blueprints and verify parts meet dimensional requirements. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform accurate in‑process inspections and quality checks on the production floor. Record inspection results clearly in logs or digital systems. Identify and report non‑conforming product; follow quarantine/hold procedures. Support corrective actions and retraining when quality issues occur. Maintain and properly use QC tools and testing equipment. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production staff. Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and manufacturing quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing or production floor experience required. Comfortable performing in‑process inspections and interacting with production staff. Ability to read basic blueprints and properly use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read SOPs, specs, and work instructions. Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
