Quality Inspector•1st
Shift Pay:
$18•25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•3:00 PM We are hiring a Quality Floor Inspector for a growing, family-oriented manufacturing company that operates as a job shop specializing in short to medium run metal stampings. This company is known for delivering high-quality parts with quick turnaround times across a wide range of industries. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Perform in-process inspections directly on the production floor Inspect stamped and fabricated metal parts for defects and quality issues Read and interpret basic blueprints and specifications Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Document inspection results accurately and communicate findings to production teams Ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage Work independently while supporting overall production quality
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or production floor experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools Ability to work on the floor in a hands-on inspection role Good communication and documentation skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic About the
