Inspection/Repair AssociatePosition Summary The Inspection/Repair Associate is responsible for inspecting, testing, processing, and performing basic repairs on products according to work instructions and customer requirements. This position requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential ResponsibilitiesInspection, Testing & Repair

• Perform visual, cosmetic, and functional product inspections.
• Identify damaged, missing, or defective components.
• Test products using approved equipment and procedures.
• Verify model, serial number, and required product information.
• Perform basic repairs, cleaning, resets, updates, and component replacement as trained.
• Retest repaired products to verify proper operation.
• Escalate technical or product issues when assistance is required. Production & Quality
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and customer requirements.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
• Prevent known defective products from moving to the next process.
• Handle products properly to prevent damage.
• Report quality, equipment, or workflow concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Documentation & Tracking
• Scan products at required process points.
• Accurately record inspection, testing, repair, and disposition results.
• Maintain accurate serial number and product information.
• Follow inventory and product tracking procedures.
• Do not bypass required scans or process steps. Safety & Teamwork
• Follow company safety and ESD requirements.
• Use tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership.
• Ask questions when instructions are unclear.
• Accept coaching and support department goals. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, inspection, or repair experience preferred.
• Basic computer, mechanical, and technical skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently after training. Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Use basic hand tools and testing equipment.

Pay:

$17.99 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
