What You'll Do:

Perform quality inspections and first-piece evaluations to ensure products meet specifications. Work closely with machine operators, providing guidance and support on quality standards and procedures. Monitor materials, packaging, and production processes for accuracy and consistency. Identify quality issues, assist with problem-solving, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused production environment.

What You'll Bring:

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding (required). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality concerns.
