Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd SHIFT Inspector to join our visual quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. The Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products using various quality control techniques and precision measuring instruments ( MICROSCOPE) .
• Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability. Qualifications
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with vision inspection systems and precision measuring instruments ( MICROSCOPE) .
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a sitting position for a full shift.
• Experience with CMMs, Optical Comparators, and/or SmartScopes preferred.
