Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for delivering reliable and superior automotive parts. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production lines to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality systems. Perform routine quality inspections on finished products, raw materials, and in-process components to verify adherence to specifications. Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to uphold manufacturing standards and reduce defects. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and inspection results to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and develop corrective action plans. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and audit findings for traceability. Support the development and refinement of quality management systems to enhance overall product integrity. Requirements Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related manufacturing roles within an industrial setting. Strong understanding of quality management principles, systems, and standards (such as ISO or TS). Skilled in conducting quality audits, inspections, and data collection with excellent analysis skills. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures specific to automotive or manufacturing industries. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement tools accurately. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for reporting findings effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
