Quality Control Inspector Location:
Loveland, OH Area Shift:
1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $30.00 / hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in the Loveland area. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for engineering integrity, constantly verifying that mission-critical parts meet or exceed required tolerances and industry standards. You will work closely with QC Technicians and Department Leads to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow that maximizes production without sacrificing quality.
Core Responsibilities Multi-Stage Inspection:
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections for parts produced via waterjet, milling, and turning departments.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read and understand complex technical drawings to determine if a part passes or fails.
Precision Measurement:
Utilize standard devices including ID/OD micrometers, pin gauges, calipers, depth micrometers, and optical comparators.
Documentation:
Accurately record inspection results by completing all necessary reports and forms.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with manufacturing leads to prioritize high-priority jobs and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications GD&T Proficiency:
Must possess a working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Tool Competency:
Mastery of manual inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Prioritization:
Proven ability to manage multiple inspection tasks simultaneously to meet production deadlines. Preferred Skills (The "Pluses") Experience with Hexagon CMM, Absolute Arms, or FARO arms . Familiarity with
ISO:
9001 and AS9100 quality standards. Background in CAD/CAM software. Prior hands-on machining experience (Mill/Lathe). How to Apply Ready to join a precision-driven team? Choose one of the following options:
