$20-$25 (+$2 per hour attendance bonus paid weekly) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. This role involves operating and setting up CMM equipment in a fast-paced, well-lit manufacturing environment. The position offers opportunities for professional growth within the automotive and agriculture sectors. Responsibilities Operate and/or set up CMM equipment. Assist with tooling setup as needed. Operate and/or program CMM as required. Complete required documentation accurately. Provide feedback to production and tool room teams. Perform quality checks and report issues to supervision and quality assurance. Adhere to safety policies. Maintain housekeeping standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills Experience with CMM equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency with gauges and calipers. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications CMM programming experience. Experience with Zeiss CMM. Why Work Here? It is a clean, well-lit space within the automotive and agriculture manufacturing sectors. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mansfield, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
