Responsible for the inspection of machined components to ensure they meet quality standards. This involves performing the following duties:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine the dimensions and tolerances required for finished workpieces. Utilize quality measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers and comparator. Verify the conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using appropriate measuring and inspection tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Maintain scrap logs and other necessary documentation per ISO standards. Enforce and uphold ISO guidelines and ensure that all related documentation is maintained and up to date. Manage and maintain material certifications and ensure proper documentation is in place. Bring necessary tools for basic job functions and ensure they are in good condition. Experience in gauge calibration and data entry

Education & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality inspection. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Pay:
