Company Introduction We are strengthening our influence and expanding our global presence as a manufacturer of various automotive motors. Our product portfolio includes blower motors for automotive HVAC systems, EPS motors for steering systems, and
ABS & EPB
motors for braking systems, among others, serving customers across the global market. Position Overview Hyoseong America is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our growing quality team. This position is responsible for performing incoming and outgoing inspections, supporting quality control activities, maintaining inspection equipment, and conducting testing to ensure products meet customer and company requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is interested in manufacturing, quality control, and technical inspection. Training will be provided to qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of automotive components and products. Conduct dimensional measurements and product testing using inspection equipment. Operate and maintain precision inspection and testing equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and report equipment issues. Record, organize, and maintain inspection data and quality records. Prepare inspection reports and communicate quality findings to the team. Assist with identifying product defects, quality issues, and nonconformities. Support quality control and quality assurance activities. Follow established inspection procedures, safety requirements, and company quality standards. Assist with other quality-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing, inspection, or quality experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Ability to use measurement tools and learn technical testing equipment. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move around the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift and handle products and inspection equipment as required. Ability to perform repetitive inspection and measurement tasks. What We Offer Full-time employment.
Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour. On-the-job training and opportunities for professional development. Opportunity to gain experience in automotive manufacturing quality control and assurance.
