Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance. We're hiring a Senior Lead Technician, Quality and Training to work in the field while also serving as the quality control lead and go-to technical resource for our team. This is a senior leadership role at TruBlue of Cuyahoga Valley, responsible for setting the standard for workmanship, supporting technician development, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you have 10+ years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you. We Provide Year-round stable, steady work Regular work hours Flexible scheduling Coverage for certain work-related expenses (gas, oil changes, etc.) varies by location TruBlue t-shirts, polos, and other company gear Strong office support What You'll Do Field Technician (Hands-On Execution) Complete a wide variety of residential repair and upgrade projects with high craftsmanship and professionalism Represent TruBlue on-site with great communication and customer service Quality Control (Lead Standards & Final Checks) Set and enforce workmanship standards across all jobs Spot issues early, reduce callbacks, and ensure jobs meet TruBlue quality expectations Perform quality checks and support job closeouts as needed Training & Technical Support (Coach and Develop the Team) Be the primary "go-to" person when technicians have questions or knowledge gaps Coach technicians in the field and provide practical training to improve consistency Help onboard new technicians and reinforce best practices Experience We're Looking For Bathroom upgrades / remodels Drywall repair, patching, caulking Flooring repair and installation General carpentry General home repairs and handyman work Kitchen repair / remodel Minor plumbing and electrical Interior and exterior painting What We Value FAMILY
