Job Description
Quality $18+/hour Finishing/Inspection Help us make every part perfect. As a Finishing Inspector, you'll ensure complex, tight-tolerance components meet every blueprint and spec before they ship. What You'll Do Perform final inspections using clear, designated checklists Conduct in-process inspections on finishing operations Verify parts against blueprint tolerances and specifications Identify and report nonconforming product per AMMI quality procedures Document inspection results accurately and completely Package parts following written instructions Use inspection tools: optical comparator, height gage, calipers, micrometers, 3x/10x microscopes Support other quality tasks as directed by the Inspection Foreman or Quality Manager What We're Looking For Strong visual inspection skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficient with common inspection instruments and gages, including 3x/10x magnification Able to read basic blueprints and follow written specs Accurate, consistent documentation habits Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of related inspection experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in finishing, plating, or post?machining inspection Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation Schedule an interview through our AI Assistant at 440.276.4211
