INSPECTION ASSOCIATE

As an Inspection Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Why Join IMCO? Stable manufacturing environment Full-time or part-time opportunities Climate-controlled facility Hands-on training and development Team-focused culture committed to safety and quality Opportunity to directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction What You Will Do Perform in-process frequency inspections Conduct first-part and adjustment inspections Use measuring equipment and inspection tools Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Maintain SPC tracking and quality records Provide daily reports for Engineering Alert teams when process adjustments are needed Support additional quality-related activities as assigned What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus Wage and Schedule We have a position available on the following shift, with a base rate of $17.00/hour. 1st Shift, 6:45 AM
  • 5:15 PM, Monday thru Thursday (1 Position) 3rd Shift, 8:15 PM
  • 6:45 AM, Monday thru Thursday (1 Position), $1.25 Shift Diff 5th Shift, 7:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM, Friday
  • Sunday (2 Position), $3.

SHIFT, Monday thru Thursday, 630a
  • 500p.
Training lasts approximately 10-16 weeks. After successful completion of training, you will be transitioned to the shift schedule listed above.
