We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector Tester to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Wadsworth, OH . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities may include:

Inspecting and testing products for defects and compliance with quality standards Reading and following drawings, work instructions, and technical documents Using measurement tools and testing equipment Recording and documenting test results accurately Communicating findings with quality, production, and supervisory staff Helping keep production moving by completing inspections in a timely manner Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Basic math, reading, and spelling skills Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable and willing to learn Must meet client screening requirements, including background check, drug screen, and work authorization requirements
