Position:

Quality Control Specialist Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Specialist , you will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Your duties will include:

Inspection & Quality Assurance:

Perform visual inspections of cannabis flower for defects and contaminants. Ensure packaging, labeling, and transfer manifests meet company and state standards. Verify compliance with brand consistency and regulatory guidelines . Document inspection results through reports and logs.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all products adhere to Ohio's packaging and labeling regulations . Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following SOPs and legal guidelines. Properly utilize and replace personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Report on discrepancies or quality concerns to the Supervisor.

Collaboration & Efficiency:

Work closely with the packaging, processing and order fulfillment teams to maintain workflow. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment . Provide feedback and assist with process improvements. Take on additional duties as needed to support production and compliance.

Qualifications:

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have:

✅ Keen attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . ✅ Effective written and verbal communication . ✅ Basic computer skills (Excel & Word preferred). ✅ Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Experience:

Quality control, pharmacy technician, dispensary, or related experience. Understanding of cannabis industry standards and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older . Must have reliable transportation and be punctual . Must pass

FBI & BCI

background checks (felony drug-related convictions are disqualifying per Ohio state law).

Pay Range:

$16

• $20/hour (commensurate with experience)

Hours:

Monday

• Friday, 6:30 AM
