Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc. was established in 1994 in Columbus, Ohio. Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc. makes automotive parts that hold the cars together. At Ohashi Technica USA Inc. and Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc., our goal is to provide high-quality, zero-defect parts to our customers on a just-in-time delivery basis. We stand ready to serve the needs of the American automotive industry. We are looking to add a Quality Control Inspector
  • 1st Shift (Monday
  • Friday, 7:00am
  • 3:30pm) & 2nd Shift (Monday
  • Friday, 3:25pm
  • 11:55pm) to our team in Sunbury, OH.
Our ideal candidate will be able to perform receiving inspections, conduct random inspections of production parts and audit outgoing parts to prevent shipping problems with the lot of parts. 1st shift $19/hourly & 2nd shift +$3 shift differential

What You Will Do:
  • Perform receiving inspections according to the standards of that product.
  • Monitor all non
  • conforming material in receiving inspections.
  • Prepare material rejection report as needed for unacceptable material.
  • File inspections reports, both manually and electronically, in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inspection gage conditions (calibration) and report any unacceptable conditions of gages.
  • Assist in product disposition of non
  • conforming parts through inventory sorting, as needed.
  • Conduct dock audits and/ or reinspection of sorted parts where necessary to prevent product deterioration.
  • Assist with additional inspections as needed.
What You Need to
Succeed:
  • Technical skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, dimensional sketches or understand technical specifications (basic drafting knowledge).
  • Basic concept of GD&T, preferred.
  • One to two years of inspection experience, required.
  • Familiarity with the use of Calipers, Micrometers, Go/ NoGo gages.
  • Knowledge of requirements for quality of metal fasteners, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • High School graduate.
Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen. This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, climbing, sitting, and twisting routinely throughout the shift.
