Quality Inspector - 1st or 2nd Shift RAM is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. This position plays an important role in identifying defects, maintaining accurate inspection records, and helping ensure that only quality products reach our customers. Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality and accuracy Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment Verify products meet specifications, drawings, and customer requirements Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or defects Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records Assist with identifying the root cause of quality issues Communicate quality concerns with production and management Help ensure proper procedures and quality standards are followed Perform re-inspections and verify corrective actions when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred Ability to read and understand work instructions, specifications, and basic drawings Comfortable using basic measuring and inspection tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to identify problems and communicate concerns promptly Manufacturing experience is a plus Schedule 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Available Full-time position Overtime may be available based on business needs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of producing a quality product.
