09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Night Shift Quality Inspector in our Cleveland, OH (Twinsburg) facility. This position will work 12-hour shifts (1:00 AM

• 7:00AM Monday morning, 7:00PM
• 7:00AM Monday night
• Friday morning.

Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed. Responsibilities:

Support critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts. Provide urgent support to production and effectively elevates issues when needed. Performs required Quality measurements, inspections, and audits. Lead in the documentation of Non-Conformances and ensures containment of product. Supports Quality investigations. Provides accurate and timely data collection. Proficiency in interpreting quality control drawings and/or quality specifications. Assists the Quality Team with investigations and data collection. Elevates drawing/matrix errors and omissions for investigation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a self-managed team environment. Strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Work overtime as required, including weekends.

Desired Qualifications:

ASQ certifications. Good visual acuity.

Basic understanding of the following:

quality concepts, quality tools, probability, statistics, calibrations, and metrology. Passion for learning and growth with ability to manage own tasks and meet goals and objectives with little supervision. Demonstration of sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent listening and communication skills, with strong ability to seek buy in on all levels. Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills. Proven track record of making consistent, logical, and objective decisions using good judgment. Ability to assume good intentions and exhibit trust in workplace relationships.
