We are looking for a Quality Technician to join a manufacturing team producing precision components. This is a hands-on quality position responsible for inspecting materials and products throughout the manufacturing process and making sure they meet customer specifications. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gage pins, optical equipment, profilometers, and other measuring tools. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, specifications, and work instructions. Identify, document, and contain nonconforming or suspect product. Complete inspection reports, quality records, and other required documentation. Communicate quality concerns with Production, Quality Engineering, and other team members. Follow

quality procedures and standardized work instructions. Use SPC and quality data to monitor processes and identify potential issues. Maintain and track calibration of inspection equipment and assist with Gage R&R studies. Help troubleshoot measurement equipment and coordinate calibration or repairs when needed. Assist with continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of quality inspection/manufacturing experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Experience reading blueprints and tolerances. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC. Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gage pins, and other inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements This position requires a combination of standing, sitting, walking, and moving products or measurement equipment throughout the facility. The ability to meet required visual standards is also necessary.
