F Responsibilities:
Lead and execute audits across departments, ensuring process compliance and continuous improvement. Facilitate CAPA processes, guide cross-functional teams using root cause methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone), track corrective measures, and verify effectiveness. Manage lifecycle of quality documentation (work instructions, procedures, manuals) with version control and accessibility. Support Material Review Boards (MRB) and collaborate with suppliers on quality performance. Analyze and report key quality metrics (DPPM, COPQ, FPY) for management reviews. Perform detailed incoming inspections and document any nonconformances. Implement data-driven initiatives to streamline QMS processes and reduce waste. Coordinate and facilitate registrar audits and customer quality assessments.Requirements Auditing Experience:
Internal/lead auditing within a regulated environment;ISO 9001
preferred.Problem Solving:
Experience in structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).Analytical Skills:
Ability to evaluate quality data and produce actionable reports.QMS Literacy:
Deep understanding of document control and quality standards structure.Communication:
Exceptional written/verbal skills; capable of drafting procedures and presenting findings.Technical Literacy:
Able to interpret engineering drawings/schematics/technical specs.Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/QMS software experience is a plus.Electronics Manufacturing:
Preferred but not mandatory.Supplier Compliance:
Experience with certification processes (REACH, RoHS, Prop65, TSCA, PFAS) a bonus.Education & Experience Degree:
Bachelor's in technical/business field preferred; equivalent QA professional experience considered.Experience:
