75 per hour | $100 referral bonus Some people walk past a bad part. You do not. You see the scratch, the gap, the wrong shade. It bothers you until someone fixes it. That habit is worth money here. Every part you inspect goes into a car that a family will drive. The defect you catch tonight never reaches that family. The one you miss becomes a warranty claim, a recall, or worse. Few jobs draw the line that clearly. You can take a job where the hours pass and nothing you do matters. That job is safe. It is also boring. This one is not. What you do You inspect parts by sight and by hand. You compare each part to the quality standard. You mark every defect you find. You report each defect to your supervisor. You record your results on a tablet. You follow the inspection steps at each stage of production. You tell your team when you see a quality problem. You keep your work area clean and safe. You arrive on time for every shift. You follow all safety rules and client rules. You work fast and stay accurate. What the work asks of you You see small differences in color, shape, size, and texture. You hear and identify sounds in a loud plant. You sit, stand, and walk on concrete floors for up to 12 hours. You climb stairs and move through the plant. You bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. You lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. You grip with both hands and repeat fine hand movements. You work in a building where the temperature changes. What you bring You understand spoken instructions and you follow them. You have inspected parts or worked in a plant before. You have used work instructions or inspection checklists. You have used a tablet or a phone app to report work. Salesforce experience helps. You are authorized to work in the United States. Why people stay We train you. Training costs us money, so we would rather promote you than replace you. Several of our leads started on the inspection floor. You do not wait two weeks for your money. Daily Pay lets you draw wages you have already earned. You get insurance and a full benefits package. You work with a team that talks to each other.
