You will perform inspections and tests on products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as
ISO:
9001 and AS9100 standards. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. What you'll do Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to assess product specifications. Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within our quality management systems. Utilize coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems to ensure accuracy in measurements and product integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on quality audits and inspection findings. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities in accordance with
ISO 9001
standards. Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency. Basic qualifications Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks. Ability to read blueprints Strong understanding of GD&T Familiarity with hand tool inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, mahr gages, etc) Familiarity with quality systems, including QA/QC methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in your work. Ability to do basic level math Preferred qualifications Experience with Keyence Visual Inspection System Experience with Sunnen bore gages Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field involving quality inspection processes.
