Your mission Keep production running flawlessly while elevating quality. You'll anchor standard work, tune equipment to spec, and help teammates grow—so every order ships on time and right the first time. How you'll make it happen Apply work instructions with precision and encourage adherence across the team. Perform equipment setup and calibration; immediately report maintenance needs to your Supervisor. Identify quality gaps and process or workflow issues; escalate patterns and partner with leadership on fixes. Train and mentor new hires; support cross-training to enhance coverage and flexibility. Communicate clearly with your Supervisor; contribute insights in meetings and focus groups to improve the facility. Model positivity and respect; raise issues promptly when they arise. Support management direction and assist Team Leaders/Supervisors with execution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; call out potential safety/health risks immediately. Champion safety protocols and provide instant feedback when you see a hazard. Follow company policies without exception. Profile we're looking for High School Diploma or GED. Experience succeeding in a fast-paced operations or manufacturing setting. Clear, concise communicator. Organized, able to juggle priorities, and consistently meet strict deadlines. Dependable attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch. Compensation and perks This is an existing vacancy within our business. Pay is determined by multiple factors—geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be considered for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
