• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
• Duties
• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phones and ring in take out orders
• Ring in Door Dash orders
• Provide guests with menus and assist with any initial inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
• Utilize POS systems to manage reservations and guest information
• Requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the overall dining experience
