Position Summary The CMM Programmer uses coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect parts, create and modify inspection programs, and ensure products meet dimensional and GD&T requirements. Key Responsibilities Program and operate CMM equipment to inspect manufactured parts Interpret drawings, GD&T, and dimensional requirements Analyze CMM inspection data and provide results to engineering and quality teams Troubleshoot dimensional or quality issues with production Create and modify CMM programs as needed Support new product launches and quality requirements Maintain CMM equipment and calibration schedules Assist with quality audits and inspection activities Maintain accurate inspection records and reports Follow all company safety and PPE requirements Job Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED CMM programming and inspection experience Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Caligo, or PiWeb preferred Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team Additional Information Work Environment This position works in both an office and manufacturing/production environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs. #
