If you have experience working with steel products, pressure testing, quality standards, and mechanical assembly, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
Day Shift Monday•Thursday 6:00 AM•4:30
PM Pay:
Starting at $22.00+ per hour Pay is based on experience Job Responsibilities Prepare and secure parts or cylinders for hydrostatic testing according to customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Set up hydrostatic testing systems accurately and safely. Bolt flanges onto units and fill them with water for pressure testing. Perform hydrostatic testing while following quality and safety procedures. Produce and verify test charts and required documentation. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications. Complete all required paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of related manufacturing or hydrostatic testing experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of steel properties and manufacturing processes. Basic understanding of quality control procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and distinguish part numbers, sizes, and specifications. Experience using common hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
