Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Position Overview Join a high‑performing team where your expertise directly contributes to delivering precision‑engineered products for aerospace, automotive, and other advanced manufacturing industries. As a Quality Inspector, you will partner closely with Operations to ensure every product meets strict customer and industry standards. You'll perform detailed inspections, operate advanced measurement tools—including CMM—and support First Article Inspection (FAI) processes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure all products meet internal and customer quality expectations. Inspect aerospace and automotive machined components to verify compliance with specifications and engineering requirements. Operate CMM equipment and other precision inspection tools to support customer‑driven quality standards. Use hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to perform quality checks. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation to validate product accuracy. Support quality control and assurance processes, including FAI documentation and reporting. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall quality and production goals. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality‑focused role within manufacturing. Strong proficiency in Excel and database management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing quality standards and inspection practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Experience using analytical tools such as spreadsheets and database systems. Additional Requirements Ability to move throughout the facility and navigate stairs. Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong visual acuity for interpreting hard‑copy engineering and customer specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in person and by phone. Day shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts during peak demand.

Evening shift:

4:30 PM-1:00 AM, including a $2/hr shift differential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
