Full Job Description Location:
South Tulsa Quality Inspector Pay Rate and Hours:
$30.00/hr, depending on experience Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with possible overtime
Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts to verify conformance to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. Use precision measuring instruments — calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other gauging equipment — to verify dimensional accuracy. Provide accurate and proficient flow of materials and documents through the Quality Control Department in all areas of manufacturing. Inspect machined, fabricated, sub-assembled, assembled parts, and final assembly. Perform, control, record, and calibrate inspection tools and instruments, shop inspection tools, and shop control fixtures.
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience assembling parts according to Bill of Materials, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings, and other related controlled documents. Computer experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. •Safety Sensitive Role•
