Temp We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a temporary Quality Assurance assignment lasting up to six months. This position will work 12-hour rotating shifts and will be responsible for supporting quality, production, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using diagnostic and testing equipment, collecting and analyzing data, utilizing SPC tools such as control charts and histograms, and identifying trends or potential process issues. Responsibilities will include assisting with equipment calibration and MSA activities, participating in safety, quality, product, and compliance audits, entering and analyzing quality data, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and working closely with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to resolve issues. The position will also require effective communication, attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures and specifications, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates should be willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts, meet production requirements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and perform additional duties as assigned. This temporary assignment provides an opportunity to contribute to a team-focused manufacturing environment while gaining valuable experience in quality assurance and operations. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally. Candidate must have some experience in reading charts, documenting numbers, and recording events both on paper and digitally.
