Temp Temporary Quality Assurance Technician McAlester, OK RPM Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician for a temporary assignment lasting up to six months. This position works 12-hour rotating shifts and supports quality, production, and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities- Collect, document, and analyze quality data
- Utilize SPC tools such as control charts and histograms
- Identify trends and potential process issues
- Assist with equipment calibration and audits
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Operations teams
- Follow established procedures, specifications, and safety requirements Qualifications
- Experience reading charts, recording data, and documenting events
- Comfortable entering information both on paper and digitally
- Ability to interpret electrical indicators and laboratory equipment readings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
