, Oregon temp to hire Sep 2, 2026 The Quality Control position is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. They play a critical role in Vane manufacturing, by inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of materials, components, and finished goods to maintain consistency and adherence to quality assurance protocols. Duties and Responsibilities Include
  • Inspect and test products
  • Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
  • Verify that products meet specified quality standards, tolerances, and performance criteria.
  • Document and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective actions.
  • Operate testing equipment and instruments, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
  • Conduct visual inspections and measurements to check product dimensions and aesthetics.
  • Ensure that products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proposing improvements to the production process
  • Carry out quality control inspections (every 20 minutes) Skills/Requirements

Detail:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
  • QC Tools:
    Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, or testing machines
  • Problem-Solving:
    Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret quality data and recommend improvements
  • Communication:
    Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
QC Software:
