•Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking an NDT Quality Technician II to perform non-destructive testing on complex aluminum investment castings for aerospace and industrial customers. In this role, you will set up and operate NDT equipment (e.g., X-ray, penetrant), interpret indications, document results, and ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications. You'll collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to troubleshoot defects, support continuous improvement, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform non-destructive testing (e.g., X-ray, penetrant) on aluminum investment castings Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment per procedures and specifications Interpret and evaluate test indications to identify defects and compliance issues Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Follow aerospace and industrial quality standards and customer requirements Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve product issues Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and process efficiency Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to plant safety policies Assist in training and mentoring less experienced NDT personnel Participate in audits and corrective action activities as required Required Skills Non-destructive testing (RT, PT, or other methods) NDT equipment setup and calibration X-ray and penetrant inspection techniques Indication interpretation and defect evaluation Technical documentation and reporting Blueprint and specification reading Aerospace/industrial quality standards Measurement and inspection tools Basic computer and quality data systems Safety procedures in industrial settings
